Als Operationeel Coördinator in Zwevegem zorg je ervoor dat verkochte dossiers vlot worden opgevolgd, van de eerste controle tot de uitvoering en facturatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en krijgt de vrijheid om processen te verbeteren en mee te bouwen aan de groei van een onderneming in waterbehandeling. Jouw uitdagingen als Operationeel Coördinator?

  • Na een verkoop controleer je of alle gegevens correct in het CRM-systeem staan en het dossier klaar is voor uitvoering.
  • Je organiseert de planning van de techniekers over heel België en stemt afspraken af met klanten, sales en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Elk dossier wordt door jou opgevolgd van verkoop tot oplevering, je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afsluiting.
  • Je houdt voorraad, bestellingen en levertermijnen in het oog en onderneemt actie wanneer iets niet volgens plan verloopt.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en neemt initiatief om de dagelijkse werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerder en werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de operationele organisatie.

  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, plannen en opvolgen en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht over verschillende dossiers.
  • Zelfstandigheid en initiatief kenmerken jouw aanpak. Je denkt in oplossingen en durft bestaande werkwijzen kritisch te bekijken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Frans om klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en collega's in heel België goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of een sterke interesse in techniek en bent bereid om de producten en installaties grondig te leren kennen.
