The posting

Bouw mee aan de operationele werking van Kollective.

Kollective ontwerpt en realiseert high‑end beursstanden, commerciële interieurs en merkbelevingen. Als klein, betrokken team zoeken we iemand die overzicht brengt in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk beweegt.

Je bewaakt de planning, stemt productie, atelier, transport en op‑ en afbouw op elkaar af, en zorgt dat mensen, materialen en deadlines naadloos aansluiten. Je werkt midden in het team, denkt vooruit en pakt knelpunten aan vóór ze problemen worden.

Jouw rol

  • Je vormt mee de operationele spil van Kollective.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over onze lopende projecten en vertaalt die naar een haalbare planning voor atelier, mensen, transport en op- en afbouw.
  • Samen met de projectleiders bekijk je wat wanneer moet gebeuren en stem je de praktische voorbereiding af met hen. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat jouw collega’s van het atelier tijdig weten wat er aan komt.
  • Daarnaast volg je de dagelijkse werking van het atelier mee op. Je helpt prioriteiten bepalen en stuurt bij wanneer planningen veranderen of verschillende projecten samenkomen.
  • Ook magazijn en logistiek maken deel uit van het geheel. Samen met de collega’s zorg je voor een goede materiaalflow: materialen moeten tijdig klaarstaan voor transport en na een project opnieuw gecontroleerd en netjes verwerkt worden.
  • Omdat we een klein team zijn, zoeken we vooral iemand die overzicht combineert met een hands-on aanpak. Iemand die problemen ziet aankomen, snel schakelt en samen met het team naar een praktische oplossing zoekt.

Iemand die energie krijgt van organiseren, coördineren en ervoor zorgen dat alles op het juiste moment samenkomt.

Ervaring in de standenbouw is geen must. Heb je een achtergrond in planning, operations, productie, events of een andere projectmatige omgeving? Dan is dat zeker een troef.
