INCO doet dit door een centrale positie in te nemen binnen het technische domein. Als operationeel directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werkmaatschappijen onder de INCO Groep. Je geeft via circa vier teamleiders leiding aan circa 40 medewerkers via de afdelingen Projectorganisatie (utiliteit, woningbouw), Uitvoering, Technisch beheer en Onderhoud (TBO), Loodgietersbedrijf TBS en het recent overgenomen De Graaf Elektrotechniek en toekomstige uitbreidingen.
