Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning en bezetting van het zakelijke klantcontact soepel verloopt. Iedere dag is anders, want je speelt snel in op veranderingen en houdt het overzicht. Jouw werk heeft direct invloed op het succes van de organisatie. Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met het controleren van de planning. Je kijkt of er genoeg collega's zijn op de verschillende klantcontactkanalen. Komt er extra drukte? Dan stuur je snel bij. Je analyseert cijfers, overlegt met teamleiders en maakt een plan om de dag goed te laten verlopen. Je bedenkt ook verbeteringen voor de processen en denkt mee over nieuwe technologieën zoals AI. Deze baan is perfect als je graag puzzelt, snel schakelt en goed overzicht houdt. Je werkt in een enthousiast team waar jouw ideeën welkom zijn.
