Voor een toonaangevend logistiek bedrijf in Zeebrugge zoeken wij een Operationeel Planner Spoorafdeling. In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel in het soepel laten verlopen van het spoorvervoer binnen het Europese netwerk.

Wat zijn de voornaamste taken?

  • Je registreert gegevens van aankomende en vertrekkende treinen in de planning en maakt de nodige boekingen.
  • Je stelt vrachtbrieven op en werkt met verschillende spoorwegsystemen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, treinoperatoren en de interne operations assistants.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en houdt overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving.

  • Je hebt ervaring in administratie, customer service of planning en werkt nauwkeurig, ook tijdens piekmomenten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in shiften te werken tussen 6.30 uur en 23.00 uur, inclusief 1 op 4 weekends.
