Via Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) leveren onze elektrische auto's ook stroom terug aan het energienet. Zo pakken we tegelijk de netcongestie aan en bouwen we aan de energie- én mobiliteitsvoorziening van de toekomst. ⚡ Vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam werkt een enthousiast team van zo'n 50 mensen aan dit platform. Samen bouwen we aan iets wat echt telt. Wat zijn jouw taken? Als Lead Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden, motiveren en ontwikkelen van de Operations-afdeling en voor de prestaties van de verschillende domeinen binnen deze afdeling. Je zorgt voor een minimale downtime, hogere klanttevredenheid en meer efficiëntie. Je rapporteert aan de COO. Autodelen oogt simpel, maar erachter zit een complexe operatie: van boetes en vergunningen tot infleet en defleet van voertuigen, vlootbeschikbaarheid en leveranciersmanagement. Als Lead Operations zorg jij dat al deze processen soepel op elkaar aansluiten. Je zet data en AI in om inzicht te krijgen waar de grootste verbeteringen liggen met als doel operational excellence.
