Als Operations Assistant duik je in operationele incidenten, analyseer je data en zoek je naar structurele oplossingen. Je bent niet tevreden met een tijdelijke workaround, maar gaat op zoek naar de échte oorzaak. Dankzij jouw inzichten worden onze processen efficiënter, stabieler en toekomstbestendiger.

Wat ga je doen?

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen onze operationele organisatie en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.

Jouw uitdagingen

? Je analyseert operationele incidenten en verzamelt data uit verschillende bronnen.

? Je detecteert trends, patronen en terugkerende knelpunten.

? Je voert grondige root cause analyses uit en onderscheidt symptomen van de echte oorzaken.

? Je formuleert concrete verbeteracties die een blijvende impact hebben.

? Je ondersteunt de implementatie van verbeteringen en volgt de resultaten op.

? Je monitort KPI's, risico's en opportuniteiten.

? Je rapporteert jouw bevindingen en adviseert het management op basis van data en feiten.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van analyseren, optimaliseren en verbeteren.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en kijkt verder dan de korte termijn.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt acties zelfstandig op.
  • Je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Je denkt in processen en ziet opportuniteiten om workflows slimmer te maken.

Wat breng je mee?

  • ASO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring binnen operations, een technische omgeving of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring met data-analyse is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
