Jij bent technisch sterk, kent HVAC en bent klaar om een stap verder te gaan. Niet per se omdat je al een bedrijf hebt geleid, maar omdat je voelt dat je meer verantwoordelijkheid aankunt en zelf mee wilt bepalen waar een organisatie naartoe gaat. In deze rol krijg je de kans om een gespecialiseerde HVAC-onderneming verder uit te bouwen. Je staat dicht bij de techniek en de mensen, maar krijgt tegelijk de ruimte om mee richting te geven aan de groei van het bedrijf. Je hoeft het niet alleen te doen: je wordt ondersteund door een bredere groep en krijgt de kans om in de rol van bedrijfsleider te groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding van de HVAC-onderneming op en brengt structuur en overzicht.
  • Je volgt klanten en projecten op van aanvraag tot uitvoering.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, budget, marges en timing.
  • Je vertaalt technische klantvragen naar haalbare HVAC-oplossingen.
  • Je maakt offertes, bepaalt prijzen en voert onderhandelingen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je stuurt techniekers en projectmedewerkers aan en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.
  • Je volgt omzet, kosten, marges en rendement op.
  • Je detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten, met een sterke focus op het verder uitbouwen van het B2B-segment.
  • Je denkt mee over waar de onderneming binnen enkele jaren moet staan en helpt die groei concreet realiseren.
  • Je rapporteert aan de eigenaars en maakt deel uit van het overkoepelende managementteam.
  • Je bewaakt tegelijk kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid en rendabiliteit.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een kleine, gespecialiseerde HVAC-onderneming die deel uitmaakt van een bredere groep van technische bedrijven. De onderneming heeft een sterke basis in residentiële en commerciële HVAC en wil die expertise nu verder uitbreiden richting industriële en B2B-projecten.De organisatie staat op een interessant kantelpunt. Er is een bestaande klantenbasis, technische expertise en een hecht team, maar tegelijk ligt er een duidelijke groeikans. De ambitie is om de onderneming verder te professionaliseren en op termijn uit te bouwen tot een groter team. Je komt dus niet terecht in een organisatie waar alles al vastligt. Je krijgt net de kans om mee te bepalen hoe het bedrijf er binnen enkele jaren uitziet. Daarbij sta je er niet alleen voor. De onderneming maakt deel uit van een bredere groep waarin ondersteunende kennis en ervaring aanwezig zijn. Administratieve en ondersteunende zaken hoef je niet allemaal zelf te dragen, waardoor jij je kunt focussen op de technische, commerciële en operationele groei. De mensen die er vandaag werken vormen een hecht team. Dat betekent dat je in het begin vooral zult moeten luisteren, observeren en vertrouwen opbouwen. Je hoeft niet de luidste persoon in de ruimte te zijn. Wel iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, rustig richting geeft en mensen op een respectvolle manier kan meenemen. Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond binnen HVAC.
