Bij onze opdrachtgever in Lelystad neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over een constant draaiende outbound en dispatchoperatie operatie. Als Operations Manager Logistics combineer je people leadership met datagedreven sturen op performance, veiligheid en continu verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als Operations Manager Logistics (Outbound & Dispatch) ben je verantwoordelijk voor end-to-end executie binnen jouw shift én draag je direct bij aan de totale siteperformance. Je leidt de dagelijkse outbound en dispatchactiviteiten op schaal van 100-250 FTE per team. Je bent voornamelijk op de werkvloer te vinden en je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Wat zullen je verantwoordelijkheden zijn? - Leiden van de dagelijkse operatie binnen jouw shiftrotatie: veilige, compliant en efficiënte outbound- en dispatchprocessen - Sturen op KPI's/SLA's via dashboards en data-analyse; root cause analyses uitvoeren en corrigerende/voorkomende acties implementeren - Borgen en uitbouwen van LEAN, continuous improvement en processtandaardisatie zodat de operatie schaalbaar en voorspelbaar blijft - Coachen en ontwikkelen van Warehouse Managers en teams (performance management, training, succession planning) - Plannen en alloceren van capaciteit, workload en resources in afstemming met supportfuncties en de klant - Versterken van safety culture, engagement en inclusie; procedures, documentatie en compliance actueel houden - Rapporteren aan de Head of Operations en afstemmen over prioriteiten, verwachtingen en executie 5-ploegendienst met 3 roterende shifts (incl. nachten en weekenden); 35,2 of 36,7 uur per week. - Avonddienst: 23:00- 07:30 uur.
