ICTS is dé betrouwbare partner voor trailerverhuur, vlootonderhoud en herstellingen, field services en 24/7 pechhulp. Het bedrijf ontzorgt elke klant volledig op het gebied van onderhoud, service, breakdown en andere services die op de weg plaatsvinden. Ter versterking van het team zoekt ICTS een Operations Manager.

JOB OMSCHRIJVING

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van de operationele teams in België, Nederland en Polen.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking en de verhuurplanning, in nauw overleg met de werkplaatsen.
  • Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van de trailers, inclusief correcte controle bij uitgifte en inname.
  • Zorgen voor een professionele dienstverlening, een correcte administratie en een vlotte opvolging van schadedossiers.
  • KPI’s opvolgen, knelpunten oplossen en verbeteringen doorvoeren waar nodig.
  • Een goede samenwerking bevorderen tussen planning, werkplaatsen en administratie.

PROFIEL

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende operationele functie, bij voorkeur binnen transport, logistiek of techniek.
  • Een hoger werk- en denkniveau en een sterk organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Duidelijk communicatie, een coachende aanpak en het vermogen om knopen door te hakken.
  • Een klantgerichte, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding, ook wanneer de druk hoog ligt.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office en voldoende digitale vaardigheden om nieuwe software snel aan te leren.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
