Jij krijgt het voor elkaar

Als operations planner speel jij een cruciale rol in het plannen en coördineren van logistieke processen voor onze klanten binnen DSV in Maastricht Airport. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en dat de werkzaamheden tijdig en volgens de afgesproken procedures worden uitgevoerd: jij werkt eraan mee.

Hoe je dit doet? Jij werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en teams en ondersteunt de dagelijkse operaties in het magazijn. Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt proactief oplossingen aan, zodat teamleiders een optimale personeelsplanning kunnen maken. Dankzij jouw scherpe analytische vaardigheden en vooruitziende blik zorg jij voor een efficiënte orderverwerking en een gestroomlijnde logistieke operatie. Dit krijg jij voor elkaar door het:

  • monitoren van de dagelijkse voortgang van logistieke processen en het tijdig signaleren van knelpunten
  • coördineren en optimaliseren van de planning, zodat deadlines worden gehaald en processen efficiënt verlopen
  • samenwerken met verschillende teams en afdelingen om knelpunten op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren
  • verwerken van ordergegevens in onze systemen met de hoogste nauwkeurigheid.

Jouw team valt binnen DSV op doordat ze bekend staan als een hecht en internationaal team, waarin collegialiteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Hier krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien binnen een omgeving waarin hard werken wordt afgewisseld met een gezonde dosis humor.

Jij brengt mee

  • ervaring in een 3PL omgeving is een vereiste
  • een proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
  • uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en de capaciteit om goed samen te werken
  • goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • flexibel inzetbaar tijdens het piekseizoen.
