The posting

Je rapporteert aan de Manager Operations Control. In deze functie combineer je een lokale rol binnen onze vestiging in Ninove met een Benelux-brede verantwoordelijkheid voor Procurement Control.

Als Operations Controller van de plant in Ninove ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integrale financiële sturing van de plant. Je bent de vaste financiële sparringpartner van de Plant Manager en maakt deel uit van het plantmanagementteam. Je kijkt niet alleen terug naar de cijfers, maar helpt het team vooral vooruit te kijken en betere beslissingen te nemen. Jij bent de financiële copiloot die de plant helpt om gericht vooruit te sturen.

jouw taken:

  • Je analyseert de financiële en operationele prestaties van de plant
  • Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en afwijkingen naar heldere inzichten en concrete verbeteracties
  • Je stelt samen met het plantteam budgetten en forecasts op en challenget de onderliggende aannames
  • Je brengt risico’s, kansen en de financiële impact van operationele keuzes in beeld
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en financiële impact van verbeterinitiatieven
  • Je helpt het plantmanagement om gericht te sturen op duurzame performanceverbetering
  • Je ziet toe op financiële discipline, interne beheersing en compliance

Als Procurement Controller werk je overkoepelend voor Refresco Benelux. Je maakt de procurement-component van Direct en Indirect Spend inzichtelijk en verbindt Indirect Spend, Purchase Operations, Sales en Finance. Je richt je op financiële sturing, challenge en compliance, terwijl de uitvoering bij de verantwoordelijke teams blijft.

  • Je analyseert buying results, prijsontwikkelingen, contractbenutting en leverancierskeuzes en signaleert procurement-gerelateerde risico’s en kansen
  • Je analyseert buying results voor de maandafsluiting en levert en challenget aannames voor budgetten en forecasts
  • Je monitort inkoopvoordelen, rebates en andere procurement benefits
  • Je bewaakt dat rebates en benefits volledig, juist en tijdig in de financiële resultaten worden verwerkt
  • Je ziet toe op financiële beheersing en (SOX-)compliance binnen inkoop gerelateerde processen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met lokale en centrale stakeholders binnen Procurement, Business Control en Financial Control
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen finance of controlling
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of FMCG is een mooie troef
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële analyses, budgettering, forecasting en business partnering
  • Je hebt affiniteit met procurement, spend-analyses en interne controle
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP S/4HANA en BI-tools is een pluspunt
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent analytisch, proactief en zelfstandig en weet complexe cijfers helder uit te leggen
  • Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner die mensen weet te overtuigen en impact maakt
