Functie

Voor onze klant te Vilvoorde, een grote speler binnen de Leasing, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Operations Site Manager.

Je zal de eerste 6 maanden opstarten als operations manager waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de dagelijkse werking van onze backoffice.

Je groeit daarna door naar verantwoordelijke van de site waar zowel Operations, Customer Care, Delivery en Schade-inspectie tot je verantwoordelijkheid zullen behoren.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, efficiënt en kwalitatief verloopt. Van ontvangst van

voertuigen tot levering aan de klant. Je stuurt diverse afdelingen aan en werkt nauw samen

met de supervisors van de interne logistiek en carwash afdeling. In totaal geef je leiding aan

een 25-tal medewerkers en gemiddeld 20-25 chauffeurs. Je bent de spil tussen de customer

care agents in de front office en de operations in de back office.

Je stuurt verschillende operationele teams aan, waaronder:

• Carwash & verwante diensten zoals laden, tanken, edm.

• Technische afdeling

• Interne logistiek & parking

• Logistieke receptie

• Externe transporten en chauffeurs

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de site;
  • Leiden, coachen en motiveren van supervisors, planners en operationele teams;
  • Processen optimaliseren en efficiëntie verhogen;
  • KPI’s opvolgen rond doorlooptijden, kwaliteit en volume;
  • Nauw samenwerken met customer care en andere interne afdelingen;
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, gestructureerde en performante werkomgeving;
  • Problemen snel analyseren en oplossingsgericht handelen;
  • Performantie targets behalen.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in operations, logistiek of site management;
  • Sterke people manager met natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten;
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig;
  • Flexibiliteit is één van je sterkten;
  • Hands-on-mentaliteit: je stuurt niet alleen aan vanachter je bureau maar je helpt mee waar nodig;
  • Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en resultaat gedreven;
  • Je kan structuren bouwen en processen in stand houden;
  • Affiniteit met automotive of fleet is een sterke plus;
  • Je bent drietalig NL/FR/ENG.
