Onze klant is een sterke, continu groeiende familiale KMO gevestigd in de ruime regio rond Kortemark. De organisatie staat bekend om haar korte communicatielijnen, open en collegiale werksfeer en sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en continue procesverbetering. Ter versterking van het productieteam zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en resultaatgerichte Operations Supervisor Productie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Aansturing & People Management: Je stuurt 3 ploegleiders en hun teams aan, organiseert floormeetings en verzorgt/coördineert opleidingen op de werkvloer. Je motiveert en inspireert medewerkers.
  • Efficiëntie & KPI-beheer: Je waakt over de efficiëntie van de productie en het machinepark, stuurt bij waar nodig en analyseert KPI's en rendementen om verbetertrajecten op te starten.
  • Planning & Interventies: Je stemt nauw af met de productieplanner en de technisch manager met betrekking tot de dagelijkse planning en technische interventies.
  • Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & Hygiëne: Je zorgt voor orde, netheid en strikte naleving van de kwaliteits- en hygiëneregels. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de kwaliteits-, preventie- en technische dienst.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je begeleidt en ondersteunt periodieke stockcontroles binnen jouw afdeling.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • People Manager: Je bent een sterke, enthousiaste leidinggevende met ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van teams. Je bent communicatief, proactief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Hands-on op de werkvloer: Je bent graag aanwezig op de vloer, toegankelijk en nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse operationele werking.
  • Inzicht & Kwaliteit: Je hebt een scherp oog voor efficiëntie, veiligheid, orde en netheid. Technisch inzicht is een duidelijke plus.
  • Ervaring / Sector: Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving (voedingsindustrie is een mooie troef, maar geen must) is mooi meegenomen.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van het Frans en Engels.
