Functieomschrijving Als Operator in 5-ploegendienst zorg jij dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en stabiel verloopt. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt processen bij en werkt met moderne technologie aan innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen. - Bedienen en bewaken van een modern productieproces in een 5-ploegendienst. - Zorgen voor een stabiele, veilige en efficiënte werking van de installatie. - Snel inspelen op procesafwijkingen en verbeterkansen signaleren. - Samenwerken met collega's om het proces continu te optimaliseren. - Bijdragen aan innovatieve en duurzame productieontwikkelingen. Functie eisen Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag werkt met moderne installaties en processen? In deze rol als Operator in 5-ploegendienst krijg je de kans om te werken in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en duurzame vooruitgang centraal staan. Jij houdt het overzicht, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt dat het proces altijd optimaal draait. - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer één. - Je hebt ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving (ervaring als operator is een pré). - Je bent besluitvaardig, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt overzicht in dynamische situaties. - Je bent een echte teams...
