Productieoperator 2-ploegen Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag zelfstandig en krijg je energie van een productieomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Productieoperator in 2-ploegen. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar automatisatie een belangrijke rol speelt. Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten draaien van twee productielijnen.

Jouw taken Als productieoperator zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt.

Je:

  • Bedient en volgt twee productielijnen op.
  • Stelt machines correct in en voert ombouwingen uit.
  • Lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op.
  • Houdt de productielijnen draaiende en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en waakt over de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
  • Houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten.
  • Springt bij waar nodig en neemt met plezier andere taken op binnen de productie.

Je krijgt een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen het productieproces en leert de verschillende aspecten van jouw lijnen grondig kennen

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft als productieoperator, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met automatisatie.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft en kleine storingen zelfstandig kan oplossen.
  • Flexibel is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Werk ziet en niet afwacht wanneer er even minder werk is.
  • Bereid is om collega's te helpen en andere taken op te nemen wanneer nodig.
  • Een stabiel werkverleden heeft en op lange termijn naar een nieuwe uitdaging zoekt.
  • Bereid is om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Je beschikt oven een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
