Als operator ben jij allround inzetbaar op vier productielijnen binnen een moderne snackproductieomgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kroketten, bitterballen en andere specialiteiten volgens vaste kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd. Je stelt machines nauwkeurig in, bouwt ze om bij productwissels en bewaakt continu het proces. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht blijven de lijnen stabiel draaien en worden afwijkingen snel gesignaleerd en opgelost. Je werkt volgens strikte hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een optimaal eindproduct. - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productiemachines; - Controleren van de aanvoer van grondstoffen en materialen; - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele storingen; - Uitvoeren van testproducties en kwaliteitscontroles; - Registreren van productiegegevens in het systeem; - Instrueren en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers; - Zorgdragen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving. Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.300 tot €3.700 (incl. 13% ploegentoeslag) - Contracttype: Uitzicht op vast dienstverband - 13% ploegentoeslag (2-ploegendienst) - 8% vakantiegeld - 3% eindejaarsuitkering - 25 vakantiedagen + 15 ATV dagen (40 vrije dagen) - Reiskostenvergoeding conform regeling - CAO Gemaksvoedingsindustrie en goede pensioenregeling - Dagelijkse maaltijd tegen kleine bijdrage Dit neem je mee Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator.
