Als operator voor de braadlijn zijn dit je taken: Voorbereiden en starten van werkzaamheden volgens de productieplanning, waaronder het desinfecteren, opbouwen en instellen van machines, en het klaarzetten van grondstoffen. Controleren van grond- en hulpstoffen en zorgen voor een correcte afvoer van afvalstoffen. Bewaken van hygiëne en kwaliteit en het naleven van de richtlijnen uit het kwaliteitshandboek. Correct invullen van productieformulieren en verwerken van productieorders in het Reflex-systeem. Afbouwen van machines en het netjes achterlaten van de werkplek.
