Als operator heb je van A tot Z de touwtjes in handen over je afdeling. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt alles gesmeerd: je zorgt ervoor dat het proces – van de aanvoer van grondstoffen tot het verpakken van het eindproduct – vlot verloopt. Problemen die opduiken pak je snel en doeltreffend aan met jouw technische kennis. Je communiceert duidelijk met de afdelingscoördinator, verantwoordelijke en techniekers als dat nodig is.

Jij bewaakt de werking van de afdeling en stelt de machines zorgvuldig in zodat je steeds het beste resultaat en topkwaliteit behaalt. Na je shift zorg je voor een duidelijke ploegenoverdracht, zodat je collega’s goed op de hoogte zijn van wat er speelt. Je volgt alle regels rond hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteit strikt op en neemt ook de wekelijkse reiniging van de afdeling voor jouw rekening.

  • Je hebt een A2-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring met geautomatiseerde machines

  • Ervaring met en attest voor heftruck is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent een teamplayer en communiceert makkelijk
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt in een 2-ploegen systeem
