Als operator in de 2-ploegendienst bij een van onze klanten houd je het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en pak je technische uitdagingen aan. Je draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productie en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheden.

- Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen - Monitoren van het productieproces en snel ingrijpen bij afwijkingen - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving - Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen om stilstand te beperken - Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het proces - Ondersteunen van de voorwerker bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de afdeling - Geleidelijk meer taken en verantwoordelijkheden opnemen naarmate je groeit

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een sterke technische interesse of een eerste ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.

Opleiding: Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring als operator.

Vakkennis: Ervaring met productiemachines en technische storingen

Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Attesten: Attesten zijn een plus, maar geen must

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Werken in een filevrije omgeving! Je start aan een mooi bruto loon van 17.3965€ per uur . Hierbij komt nog een ploegenpremie van 1,2629€ bij kijken + een maaltijdcheque van 9,10 € per gewerkte dag. Na een geslaagde interimperiode ontvang je een vast contract met nog heel wat extra voordelen zoals een DKV hospitalisatie
  • Je werkt 40u in de week en hebt recht op 12 betaalde ADV dagen per jaar.
