Zoek jij een veelzijdige job als operator bij een innovatieve en internationale speler in de chemische sector?Bij Randstad helpen we je graag aan deze topuitdaging in de regio Menen.In deze functie kom je terecht in een dynamische, informele en familiaire werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, snelheid en service vooropstaan.Als operator speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces, werk je met een modern machinepark in 2 ploegen en krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe processen te leren en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig om de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het eindproduct te waarborgen.
  • Je beschikt over een hoog veiligheidsbesef en volgt instructies strikt op.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel in de regio Menen.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende en verwerkte grondstoffen.
  • Afwegen, doseren en toevoegen van grondstoffen en correctievloeistoffen volgens recept.
  • Instellen van machine-setpoints en het nauwkeurig bewaken van het productieproces.
  • Afvullen van pigmentpasta's in diverse verpakkingsformaten.
  • Bedienen van de hef- en reachtruck voor intern transport.
  • Bijwerken van de planning en productiegegevens in het SAP-systeem.
  • Reinigen van apparatuur (zoals parelmolens) en het oplossen van eerstelijns storingen.
  • Voorbereiden van monstername voor laboratoriumanalyses.
