Operator knip- en plooibank - Tongeren Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie waarin je jouw technische vaardigheden kunt inzetten in de industriële sector? Voor onze klant in de regio Tongeren zijn wij op zoek naar een operator knip- en plooibank met de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan wereldklasse koelinstallaties. Dit is geen seriewerk; hier draait het om vakmanschap en techniek met trots!

Heb jij ervaring met het instellen van knip- en plooibanken? Ben jij bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken? Ben jij een echte vakman of vakvrouw die kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel heeft staan?

Wat ga je doen:

  • Je ontvangt opdrachten van de werkleider en bepaalt de juiste volgorde van de stukken.
  • Je haalt het voorgeschreven plaatmateriaal op en voert een visuele kwaliteitscontrole uit. Klopt het programma met de tekening? Dan pas je het aan indien nodig.
  • Je stelt de plooibank volledig in, inclusief messen, matrijzen en aanslagen.
  • Je start het plooiproces op, voert metingen uit en stuurt parameters bij voor een perfect resultaat.
  • Je voert dagelijkse controles uit van de plooibank en gerelateerde machines.
  • Je werkt volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en houdt jouw werkpost ordelijk.

Jij bent een waardevolle aanwinst voor ons team! Je hebt een technische instelling en ervaring met machines, bij voorkeur als operator knip- en plooibank insteller. Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, moet je aan de volgende vereisten voldoen:

  • Je bent in staat om tekeningen te lezen en nauwkeurig te werken.
  • Je bent een sterke teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je richt je op kwaliteit, veiligheid en detail.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend, verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
