Heb jij ervaring als operator en wil je verantwoordelijkheid voor een productieproces waarin grondstoffen, recepturen, productie en verpakking samenkomen? Als Procesoperator zorg je ervoor dat verschillende productielijnen veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien. Je bewaakt het proces, controleert grondstoffen en kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer er afwijkingen ontstaan. Je werkt in 5 ploegen, verdient 15,50 tot 17,50 bruto per uur exclusief 28procent ploegentoeslag en ontvangt daarnaast een eindejaarsuitkering van 6procent

Als Procesoperator werk je binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar dierenvoeding wordt geproduceerd en verpakt. Je bent breed inzetbaar en leert verschillende productielijnen kennen. Daardoor kun je werkzaamheden van andere operators overnemen wanneer dat nodig is en houd je samen met je collega's het productieproces draaiende.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

bedienen en bewaken van productie- en verpakkingslijnen; controleren of de juiste grondstoffen volgens receptuur worden gebruikt; vullen en bewaken van aanvoerbuffers met grondstoffen; zorgen voor een juiste materiaalstroom tijdens het productieproces; werken volgens het FIFO-principe bij het verwerken van grondstoffen; extra zorgvuldig werken bij speciale recepturen, zoals dieet- en biologische producten; bewaken van kwaliteit en productiehoeveelheden; signaleren van afwijkingen en waar nodig bijsturen; correct registreren van productiegegevens en controles; schoonhouden van machines, hulpmiddelen en de werkomgeving; werken volgens HACCP-, hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen; ondersteunen op verschillende productielijnen wanneer de bezetting daarom vraagt.
