The posting

Binnen de productieomgeving, in een team van ongeveer 30 collega’s, is de operator verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van machines en het uitvoeren van het volledige productieproces. Dit omvat het instellen van machines, oplossen van technische problemen en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Na een kort inwerktraject wordt de operator breed inzetbaar op beide afdelingen van de fabriek.

Wat de functie inhoudt:

- Machines instellen, bedienen en onderhouden; kleine storingen zelf verhelpen - Gereed product controleren op fouten en zorgen dat het voldoet aan de werkvoorschriften en klanteisen - Productie administratief vastleggen in de systemen - Toezien op de juiste werking van apparatuur en waar nodig actie ondernemen - Actief meedraaien op zowel productie als kwaliteitsafdeling

Het werk kan plaatsvinden in een warme omgeving; dit wordt zoveel mogelijk gereguleerd.

Dienstregeling:De 5-ploegendienst werkt volgens het klassieke 2-2-2 systeem, gevolgd door vier dagen vrij:

- Dagdienst: 07:30 – 15:30 - Avonddienst: 15:30 – 23:30 - Nachtdienst: 23:30 – 07:30

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die van afwisseling houdt, technisch inzicht heeft en graag in een dynamisch team werkt.

Wat vragen wij voor deze functie?

- Technisch aangelegd, bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als operator; bij echte technische onderlegdheid kunnen altijd mogelijkheden worden bekeken - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Grote interesse in (proces)techniek - Kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken - Secuur en kritisch op kwaliteit, met oog voor veiligheid - Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de omgeving van Breda, Roosendaal, Moerdijk, Bergen op Zoom, Dordrecht of Etten-Leur
