Functieomschrijving: Als operator in een 5 ploegendienst speel je een grote rol in de fabriek. Je houdt toezicht op het volledige productieproces. Loopt een machine niet lekker? Dan grijp je direct in. Je repareert kleine defecten aan de apparatuur. Ook controleer je of de producten aan alle eisen voldoen. Waar nodig stuur je de instellingen van de installaties bij. Zo blijft de kwaliteit hoog en de productie constant. Het is een afwisselende functie in Hoorn waarbij je veel leert over techniek. Je bent onmisbaar voor het team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een optimaal verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Heb je ervaring als operator en zoek je een nieuwe baan? Dan pas je perfect in deze functie.
