The posting

Voor onze klant in Tessenderlo, actief in de productie van gerecycleerde grondstoffen voor diverse industriële toepassingen, zoeken we gemotiveerde handlangers/heftrukchauffeurs. Je start in een ondersteunende rol binnen de productie en krijgt de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar de functie van extruder-operator in vaste loondienst.

Jobomschrijving

Je start als handlanger/heftruckchauffeur binnen een productieomgeving waar je instaat voor het aan- en afvoeren van materialen met de heftruck. Je zorgt voor het correct vullen van mengsilo’s met grondstoffen, het verpakken en labelen van afgewerkte producten, en het transporteren naar de juiste opslagplaats. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de netheid van de productiehal.

Na verloop van tijd krijg je extra verantwoordelijkheden. Je leert de werking van de installaties kennen en ondersteunt bij het bewaken van deze machines tijdens pauzemomenten van de operatoren.

Wanneer je voldoende ervaring hebt opgebouwd, kan je doorgroeien tot extruder-operator. Je krijgt dan een gerichte opleiding in het bedienen van de installaties: opstarten, stopzetten, bijsturen tijdens productie, productwissels uitvoeren en technische onderdelen vervangen. In eerste instantie werk je hierbij onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's.

  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • In het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck
  • Bereidheid om in een drieploegenstelsel te werken (vroege: 08u–16u, late: 16u–00u, nacht: 00u–08u)
  • Nauwkeurige en ordelijke werkhouding
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en bereidheid om bij te leren
