Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben je (samen met je ploeg) verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van de complete collageenproductielijnen. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele verwerkingsproces, van de grondstofontvangst tot het eindproduct. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Monitoren, bijsturen en optimaliseren van de geautomatiseerde productieprocessen om procesafwijkingen en stilstand te voorkomen. - Controleren en digitaal registreren van alle proces- en kwaliteitsparameters conform de geldende planningsrichtlijnen. - Signaleren, analyseren en zelfstandig verhelpen van alledaagse technische storingen aan de lijnen. - Verzorgen van een heldere en gestructureerde ploegenoverdracht en het samen met je team toezien op een vakkundige uitvoering van het werk. - Communiceren met en inschakelen van de Technische Dienst bij complexe technische vraagstukken of gepland onderhoud. - Waarborgen van een schone werkomgeving en het periodiek reinigen en desinfecteren van de productie-installaties. - Handhaven en naleven van het veiligheidsbeleid, de HAC...
