Hun producten worden wereldwijd gebruikt door groente- en fruittelers. Medewerkers krijgen hier veel waardering, de sfeer is prettig en er zijn volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Vanwege voortdurende groei zoeken ze versterking voor de lange termijn. Een vast contract is hier zeker mogelijk. Functieomschrijving Je maakt kunststof folierollen die later via thermovormen tot trays worden gevormd. Je start met een inwerkperiode als Operator Thermovorm, waarin je laat zien dat je technisch inzicht hebt en gemotiveerd bent. Daarna doorloop je een interne opleiding tot Extrudeur, waarbij je samenwerkt met ervaren collega's en het extrusieproces leert. De opleiding sluit je af met een toets. Met meer ervaring krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en uitdagender werk. Waar houd jij je als operator mee bezig? - Je werkt mee in het productieproces van kunststof folierollen. - Je controleert de kwaliteit en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig. - Kleine storingen en technische problemen los je zelf op. - Je vervoert grondstoffen en folierollen met een heftruck. - Je zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkplek. - Na het afronden van je opleiding word je allround ingezet als operator én extrudeur. Je werkt in een 5 ploegendienst waarin je 6 dagen werkt (2 ochtenden, 2 middagen en 2 nachten) en vervolgens 4 dagen vrij bent. Functie-eisen - Affiniteit met techniek. - Gedreven om een vak te leren. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving als inpakmedewerker, productiemedewerker of operator - Woonachtig in de regio Beuningen, Ewijk, Druten, Nijmegen of Wijchen.
