Wil jij graag aan de slag in een moderne productieomgeving, waar samenwerking en vernieuwing centraal staan? Ben je nauwkeurig en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou!

Wat houdt de job als operator in?

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van productiemachines, om een efficiënt productieproces te verzekeren
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en toezien op naleving van de vooropgestelde normen
  • Samen met je team zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en propere werkplek
  • Voorbereiden en instellen van productielijnen voor nieuwe productieruns
  • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en snel ingrijpen bij problemen
  • Nauw samenwerken met je meestergast en collega-operatoren om de productieplanning te realiseren

PROFIEL

Wat breng jij mee? Je beschikt over de juiste ingesteldheid om mee te draaien in een productieomgeving en bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren.

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer!
  • Je werkt nauwkeuring, denkt vooruit en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je functioneert vlot in team, en staat open voor feedback, en samenwerking
  • Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je volgt de procedures correct op
