Operator - Depot Employer Indaver Location 4542 NM Hoek, Nederland Type contract Permanent Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Bij Industrial Waste Services zorgen we dagelijks voor de acceptatie, opslag, overslag en verwerking van (gevaarlijke) afvalstoffen. Als Operator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in dit proces. Je combineert operationele werkzaamheden met een stukje administratie. Zo controleer je inkomende afvalstromen aan de hand van transportdocumenten, voer je toegangscontroles uit en zorg je voor een correcte registratie en weging van de aangeleverde goederen. Daarnaast verwerk je gegevens in SAP en maak je afvaltransporten klaar voor verdere verwerking. Ook werk je actief mee op de werkvloer. Je rijdt met de heftruck, voert laad- en loswerkzaamheden uit, sorteert afvalstoffen en zorgt ervoor dat materialen veilig worden opgeslagen of klaargezet voor transport. Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie waarbij je niet vastzit aan één taak. De ene dag ligt de focus meer op goederenacceptatie en administratie, de andere dag ben je vooral operationeel bezig op de site. Wat wordt jouw grootste uitdaging? Werken met gevaarlijke afvalstoffen vraagt om verantwoordelijkheid, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheidsbewustzijn. Je leert omgaan met verschillende afvalstromen en krijgt inzicht in de eigenschappen van diverse chemische producten. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat je procedures nauwgezet volgt, risico's correct inschat en steeds oog houdt voor veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit. Daarnaast verwachten we dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent binnen verschillende activiteiten op de site. Je schakelt vlot tussen operationele werkzaamheden, logistieke taken en administratieve opvolging.
