Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een toonaangevende internationale speler in de verpakkingsindustrie. Vanuit de moderne vestiging in Oud-Turnhout produceren zij hoogwaardige kunststofverpakkingen voor de voedingssector. Denk hierbij aan de overbekende ijsdozen die je in de supermarkt vindt, of de herbruikbare festivalbekers waar je jouw favoriete drankje uit drinkt op een zonnige weide. Dankzij een hoogtechnologisch machinepark en een geautomatiseerd proces met robots, leveren zij topkwaliteit af.

Als Machine Operator Spuitgieten zorg jij ervoor dat deze productie vlekkeloos blijft draaien en heb je volgend takenpakket:

  • Bedienen, controleren en operationeel houden van diverse hightech machines en robots.
  • Correct opstarten en instellen van de installaties na een geplande productwissel of een onverwachte stilstand.
  • Bevoorraden van de machines met de juiste grondstoffen (zoals kunststofkorrels), etiketten en andere benodigdheden.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige visuele kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen van het productieproces waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van basisonderhoud en het snel en efficiënt oplossen van kleine storingen.
  • Assisteren van de inpakkers bij moeilijk draaiende lijnen en het overnemen van inpakwerk tijdens de pauzes.

Wat je in huis hebt:

  • Je hebt een flinke dosis passie voor techniek en bij voorkeur al een aantal jaren ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en een scherp oog voor detail, waardoor je kwaliteitsfoutjes direct opmerkt.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en behoudt altijd het overzicht, ook als het even hectisch wordt.
  • Je bent klaar om te schitteren in een stabiel 2-ploegensysteem (maandag t.e.m. vrijdag, afwisselend van 06:00-14:00 en 14:00-22:00).
