Voor een productielocatie in Oss zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en leergierige Operator Inpak die het team komt versterken in de 3-ploegendienst. Wie zoeken we? - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B met eigen vervoer - Ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving, bij voorkeur in de food-sector - Je woont in (de omgeving van) Oss of bent bereid om te reizen Wat bieden wij je? - Een maandsalaris tussen €3.365,00 en €3.616,00 - Salarisverhoging na 26 gewerkte weken - Maaltijdvergoeding van €20,50 bij overwerken - Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer - Pensioenopbouw en 8% vakantiegeld - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren - Een leuke werkplek bij een bekend en geliefd stroopwafelmerk Functieomschrijving Als Operator Inpak ben je een essentiële schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de stroopwafels zorgvuldig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden verpakt. Je werkt zowel handmatig als met verpakkingsmachines, en je stelt deze ook zelfstandig in. Je bewaakt het verpakkingsproces, signaleert afwijkingen en grijpt in waar nodig. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een efficiënte, veilige én prettige werkomgeving. Ervaring is geen vereiste, wél de wil om te leren en ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen!
