In Gent bevindt zich een hoogtechnologische productiesite van een internationale specialist in smeermiddelen en oliën voor de automobiel-, scheepvaart- en industriële sector. Hier worden geavanceerde motoroliën, transmissievloeistoffen en industriële smeeroplossingen ontwikkeld en geproduceerd, afgestemd op de strengste kwaliteitsnormen. Jobomschrijving

Voor een petrochemisch bedrijf in Evergem zijn we op zoek naar afvuloperatoren. Jouw taken:

  • Per proces order in gereedheid brengen van de afvulinstallatie aan de hand van een BOM (Bill of Material)
  • Afvullen van verpakkingen van 1 tot 1000 liter met semi- of volautomatische afvulmachines
  • Afprinten van labels met de automatische labelmachine
  • Labelen van diverse verpakkingen
  • Zelfstandig ombouwen en afregelen van afvullijnen in functie van het soort verpakking en product dat gevuld moet worden
  • Toezicht houden op de volledige of een gedeelte van de afvullijn
  • Instaan voor visuele en fysische kwaliteitscontroles van componenten en afgewerkte producten aan de hand van een kwaliteits checklist
  • Instaan voor dataverwerking per filling process order
  • Lossen van lege vaten uit trailer en plaatsen op de transportbanden
  • Niveau A2 in een technische omgeving of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Nederlands en basis Engels
  • Aantal jaren ervaring in een productie omgeving is wenselijk
  • Handelen met de juiste mentaliteit en het correcte gedrag ten aanzien van “housekeeping”, veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en veiligheidsstandaarden
  • Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel, tijdens drukke periodes ben je bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken
