Voor onze klant Chiyoda zijn wij via Start People op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige Assistent Drukker. In deze rol ondersteun je de hoofddrukker bij het voorbereiden, instellen en bedienen van drukpersen om kwalitatief hoogwaardig drukwerk te produceren.

Wat zijn jouw taken als operator/assistent drukker?

  • Productieruns voorbereiden, starten en opvolgen: Zorg dragen voor een vlotte en efficiënte productiecyclus.
  • Grondstofbevoorrading op peil houden: Zorgen dat er altijd voldoende papier, inkt en andere benodigde materialen aanwezig zijn.
  • Inleggen en uitnemen van cilinders, presseurs en rakels: Fysieke inspanning vereist bij het hanteren van zware materialen.
  • Handgereedschappen hanteren, met heftruck rijden: Gebruik van diverse gereedschappen en voertuigen voor efficiëntie en veiligheid.
  • Machines instellen en bedienen: Zorgvuldig afstellen en beheren van drukpersen voor optimale prestaties.
  • Druk- en coatresultaat beoordelen, metingen uitvoeren: Kwaliteitscontrole door middel van visuele inspectie en nauwkeurige metingen.
  • Administratie bijhouden adhv bedrijfseigen software: Registreren van productiegegevens en onderhoudsactiviteiten in ons systeem.
  • Machines en werkomgeving goed onderhouden: Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • A2 technische opleiding of relevante technische werkervaring.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Bereid te werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (vroege, late en nacht shift).
  • Kwaliteitsbewust, nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken, met oog voor detail.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en het nemen van initiatief.
  • Ambitieus, gedreven, leergierig en kunnen omgaan met verandering.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
