Lees dan snel verder! Als Lijnverantwoordelijke bij De Graaf Bakeries in Bunschoten-Spakenburg ben jij hét aanspreekpunt van een van onze geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je bewaakt het proces, stuurt jouw team aan en zorgt dat alles soepel én volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt actief mee aan de lijn, lost afwijkingen op en borgt de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in verbetertrajecten en de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen. Wat je dagelijks doet: - Je monitort en stuurt het productieproces bij waar nodig - Je coördineert de taakverdeling en motiveert je team - Je werkt actief mee en draagt verbetervoorstellen aan - Je bouwt de lijn om bij productwissels en stelt deze correct in - Je lost eerstelijnsstoringen op of schakelt de technische dienst in - Je houdt toezicht op veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit (HACCP, GMP) - Je registreert gegevens en houdt de administratie bij Dit krijg jij Bij De Graaf Bakeries in Bunschoten-Spakenburg kom je terecht in een hecht en enthousiast team.
