Voor een grote en groeiende producent binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren Operators B. De afgelopen jaren is er flink geïnvesteerd in moderne productielijnen en automatisering. Hierdoor werk je met geavanceerde machines en technieken binnen een professionele, maar tegelijkertijd informele en collegiale werkomgeving. Dit ga je doen Als Operator B ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van verschillende productiemachines. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en dat de biscuits voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. Je houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten en weet afwijkingen en mogelijke storingen tijdig te herkennen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie efficiënt en veilig blijft draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde productielijnen; - Produceren en administratief afwikkelen van orders; - Uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Registreren en analyseren van afwijkingen; - Signaleren van technische storingen en voorkomen van onnodige productiestilstand; - Controleren en inspecteren van machines en productielijnen; - Samenwerken met collega's, leidinggevenden en technische supportafdelingen; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere productiemethoden.
