Als leerling operator in een 3-ploegendienst krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Functieomschrijving Als leerling operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. Je werkt in een klein en hecht team met korte communicatielijnen. Daarbij ben je zowel actief op de productievloer als in de bedieningskamer. Je krijgt volop de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het vak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en bewaken van grotendeels geautomatiseerde productie-installaties. - Samen met collega's zorgen voor een efficiënt en stabiel productieproces. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen en eindproducten. - Bijsturen van processen bij afwijkingen of wanneer er storingen optreden. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines en installaties om storingen zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen. - Technische problemen tijdig signaleren en indien nodig de technische dienst inschakelen. - Nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens en kwaliteitsresultaten volgens de geldende procedures. Functievereisten We zoeken iemand die technisch is ingesteld, nauwkeurig werkt en graag nieuwe dingen leert. Je voelt je prettig in een productieomgeving en vindt het leuk om met techniek en machines bezig te zijn. - Je beschikt over mbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur niveau 3.
