The Agfa-Gevaert Group develops, produces and distributes an extensive range of analog and digital imaging systems and IT solutions, mainly for the printing industry and the healthcare sector, as well as for specific industrial applications.

Agfa Materials/VGM/ITO/Interventiedienst zoekt een Operator Brandweercentrale

Jouw uitdaging:

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die binnen de Interventiedienst de perfecte schakel vormt tussen een ploeg brandweermannen en de ploegleiding. Onder leiding van de groepchef en assistent groechef ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de interventieploeg en het opzoeken en verwerken van gegevens die zowel bij interventie als dagdagelijks gebruikt worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het interpreteren en correct doorsturen van automatische alarmen.
  • Het correct beantwoorden van dringende en niet dringende telefonische oproepen.
  • Het verwerken van opdrachten die via allerlei kanalen binnen komen.
  • Het werken met databanken, en andere Office applicaties.
  • Het onderhouden van toegewezen vakgebieden.
  • Het gebruik van bedrijfs- en afdelingsnoodplans.
  • Het ondersteunen van de Groepchef of Assistent tijdens de interventie en bij dagelijkse activiteiten.
  • Het regelmatig inoefenen van ongewone situaties waarop snel en correct moet worden gereageerd.
  • De opvolging van de ploegbezetting en verlofaanvragen afstemmen ifv de vooropgestelde bezetting.

Het gewenste profiel:

  • Je bent stressbestendig en je kan alleen werken.
  • Je bent bereid in 4 ploegen te werken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kantoortoepassingen (telefoon, email, …).
  • Je communiceert op duidelijke en respectvolle wijze in de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en kan oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Je kan werken met Ultimo, Word, Excell en je kan databanken gebruiken.
  • Kennis van brandweertechnieken is een pluspunt.
