Maak mee de basis van heerlijke pralines als operator chocoladebereiding binnen een professionele voedingsomgeving. Je komt terecht in een productiebedrijf waar kwaliteit, smaak en vakmanschap centraal staan. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan producten die dagelijks hun weg vinden naar klanten. Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat elke chocolademassa perfect volgens recept wordt bereid.

Als operator chocoladebereiding, ook wel crèmebereider genoemd, sta je in voor het nauwkeurig samenstellen van chocolademengsels. Je volgt recepten en processen op de voet en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste smaak en kwaliteit gegarandeerd blijven. Dit is een technische functie waarin ervaring als operator belangrijk is. Het gaat niet om een inpakfunctie.

• Je volgt recepturen en werkinstructies nauwkeurig op • Je weegt ingrediënten correct af en bereidt chocolademengsels volgens de voorgeschreven methodes • Je bedient en controleert de installaties tijdens het productieproces • Je houdt het proces voortdurend in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig • Je signaleert kwaliteitsproblemen en bespreekt mogelijke oplossingen met je collega’s • Je werkt nauw samen met andere operators en inpakkers om een vlot productieproces te garanderen • Je zorgt ervoor dat enkel producten van de hoogste kwaliteit de fabriek verlaten
