Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Operator Blaasfolie-Extrusie

Als operator blaasfolie-extrusie ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen ons productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt, grijpt in waar nodig en waarborgt de hoogste kwaliteit. Jouw technische kennis en betrokkenheid maken je een sleutelspeler binnen ons team.

Dit zijn jouw taken:

  • Het instellen van de extrusie-machines en bewaken van het productieproces;
  • Uitvoeren van de noodzakelijke controles en kwaliteitsprocedures;
  • Registreren van data en parameters binnen de productiesystemen;
  • Afgewerkte producten verpakken via volautomatische verpakkingslijnen of indien nodig handmatig;
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan de machines en dit actief mee opvolgen;
  • Melden en opvolgen van technische storingen;

Als ideale kandidaat breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een leergierig, gedreven en positieve houding die bijdraagt aan een sterk team;
