Dit bedrijf is al meer dan 80 jaar actief in de bouwsector en begon ooit als kleine producent. Nu is het een internationale groep, bekend in meer dan 90 landen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en maakt vooral raam- en deursystemen van PVC en aluminium. Maar ook andere producten, zoals ventilatieroosters en gevelbekleding, horen erbij. Met de modernste technologie zorgen zij ervoor dat de producten goed isoleren en lang meegaan. Daarnaast is het bedrijf leider in het recyclen van PVC. Bij elk project staat kwaliteit, energiezuinig bouwen en duurzaamheid centraal.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van 8 productielijnen en begeleidt dagelijks een team van 2 tot 6 collega’s op de werkvloer
  • Het starten van de productie en het organiseren van grondstofwissels vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw takenpakket
  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurig toezicht bewaak je continu de kwaliteit binnen het productieproces en stuur je direct bij als dat nodig is
  • Je zorgt altijd voor een soepele en duidelijke overdracht aan het einde van je shift, zodat je team vlot verder kan werken

  • Je bent afgestudeerd in het ASO of TSO én hebt een sterke technische interesse.
  • Veiligheid vind je echt belangrijk. Je draagt steeds je veiligheidsbril én respecteert de interne richtlijnen.
  • Meerdere lijnen tegelijk bewaken? Dat lukt alleen als je rustig blijft en het overzicht bewaart.
  • Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid over het afleveren van kwalitatieve producten én een vlotte teamwerking.
  • Je werkt in een tweeploegensysteem én bent bereid om één op drie weekends te werken.
