TAKEN

  • Het doel van je functie is het controleren van de procesinstallaties van de afdeling Contimelt, bestaande uit: Waterbehandeling: controleren pH meting , uitvoeren van staalnames,… . Rookgasbehandeling: beheren van de filters en uitvoeren van kleine interventies (blokkades oplossen, thermokoppels vervangen, opsporen en vervangen van defecte filtermouwen). Stoomketel: dagelijkse controle van additieven, metingen en staalnames. Lossen en laden van bulkverzendingen (ACR transport), inclusief staalnames. Meehelpen in het weekend en tijdens stilstanden bij herstellingen aan de ovens. Je vormt een team met de andere collega’s van de dagploeg (ovenmetsers en polyvalente operator) en helpt elkaar waar nodig.
  • Je volgt de administratie op en organiseert samen met de fabricatiebediende de verzending van rookgasstof naar externe firma’s.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan de onderhoudsploeg van Contimelt (afbreken van metselwerk, helpen bij het maken bekistingen, gietgereedschap maken,…).
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd.
  • Je bent hands-on: je kan zelfstandig werken en bent heel oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je bent zeer gemotiveerd en werkt in dagdienst (7u30 – 15u30).
