Als Operator Food bij Nijsen zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat voormalige levensmiddelen worden verwerkt tot hoogwaardige grondstoffen voor diervoeders. Je werkt in een productieomgeving waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en een goed lopend proces centraal staan. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, werkt met verschillende installaties en materieel en hebt een afwisselende functie binnen een hecht team. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator Food ben je samen met je ploeg verantwoordelijk voor een soepel en efficiënt verloop van het productieproces. Je bewaakt de voortgang, voert controles uit en zorgt voor een goede logistieke doorstroming binnen de afdeling. Een belangrijk onderdeel daarvan is de interne aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en producten met de heftruck. Daarnaast werk je met onze productie-installaties en grijp je in wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - productie-installaties bedient, instelt en bewaakt; - met de heftruck zorgt voor een tijdige en veilige aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en producten; - kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert en afwijkingen signaleert; - kleine storingen signaleert en waar mogelijk zelf verhelpt; - klein onderhoud aan de installaties uitvoert; - zorgt voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving; - actief meedenkt over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en draagt samen met je collega's zorg voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen. Wie zoeken wij in het bijzonder?
