Wij zijn op zoek naar een Productie Operator die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het tijdig en efficiënt aanvoeren van verpakkingen naar de afvullijn en het correct afvoeren van afgewerkte producten met de heftruck (geldig attest nodig). Als Depalletiseerder en Stapelaar speel je een cruciale rol in ons productieproces om de vooropgestelde output en materiaalefficiency te behalen. Je zult werken in een omgeving waarbij kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid voorop staan.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Op basis van duidelijke instructies van de lijnverantwoordelijke of shiftverantwoordelijke, zorg je voor het tijdig en nauwkeurig aanvoeren van verpakkingen, waaronder glas, naar de afvullijn.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en correct afvoeren van afgewerkte producten om de verpakkingslijnen vrij te houden voor continuïteit in het productieproces.
  • Bij het afvoeren van de afgewerkte producten zorg je ervoor dat deze correct gestapeld worden om de efficiëntie te maximaliseren en schade tijdens transport en opslag te voorkomen.
  • Je neemt de nodige acties om de palletten op een zorgvuldige manier te wikkelen of te voorzien van krimphoezen, om de producten tijdens transport en opslag te beschermen.
  • Het correct aanmelden van palletten in het stocksysteem (ERP systeem) en het voorzien van de juiste labels om een vlotte administratieve opvolging te garanderen.
  • Je werkt altijd in overeenstemming met de geldende kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsstandaarden om de hoogste productiestandaarden te waarborgen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en kunt goed omgaan met fysiek werk in een productieomgeving.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail zijn jouw sterke punten.
  • Je bezit een geldig heftruckattest en je kan een paar jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen
