Onze klant, een toonaangevend bedrijf sinds de jaren '60 in de bouw- en infrastructuursector, is op zoek naar een operator voor hun industriële site te Balen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van verschillende machines en het waarborgen van een optimale productie.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het bedienen van machines om de best mogelijke resultaten te behalen.
  • Het nauwlettend monitoren van installaties en processen om storingen tijdig op te merken en in te grijpen.
  • Het uitvoeren van klein mechanisch onderhoud aan de installaties.

Daarnaast werk je in een 2-ploegen systeem, van 6u-14u of 14u-22u, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Wie zoeken wij? Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het werken aan industriële installaties, zoals filterpersen of rolbruggen.
  • Handig, met de capaciteit om nieuwe processen snel op te pikken.
  • Bereid om naast de machine te werken en verantwoordelijk voor staalnames.
  • Praktisch en technisch ingesteld, met een goede werkethiek.
  • Stipt, ordelijk en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Een echte teamplayer die veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • In bezit van een VCA-attest of bereidheid om dit te behalen.
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer om op de site te geraken.
