Werk jij graag nauwkeurig en vind je het fijn om een productieproces van dichtbij op te volgen? Als operator inpakmachine zorg je ervoor dat de machines correct werken, de producten aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen en de productie vlot blijft lopen. Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding en leert stap voor stap de verschillende machines en processen kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de inpakmachines en automatische stapelaar in en bedient ze.Je bouwt de productielijn om wanneer er een ander product wordt verpakt.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de verpakte producten.
  • Je grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen opmerkt.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen op en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit.
  • Je registreert de productiegegevens.
  • Je volgt de veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen het verpakkingsproces.

Je bent ook regelmatig fysiek bezig. Zo werk je met zakken van ongeveer 15 tot 25 kg. Een deel van het proces is geautomatiseerd, maar jij zorgt ervoor dat ook deze machines correct ingesteld en bediend worden.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiel familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in de voedingsindustrie. Kwaliteit, innovatie en duurzaamheid staan er centraal.

Binnen het productieteam in Beernem werk je samen met collega's in een aangename werkomgeving. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding om de job goed onder de knie te krijgen en er zijn mogelijkheden om op termijn verder te groeien binnen het bedrijf.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe machines en processen te leren.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Fysiek werk en het tillen van zakken tot 25 kg vormen geen probleem.
  • Je kan de hygiënevoorschriften binnen de voedingssector correct naleven.
