Wereldwijd genieten consumenten van onze ovenheerlijke producten. Je werkt op de plek waar dagelijks duizenden taarten worden bereid en verpakt, met behulp van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. Wat ga je doen? In deze gevarieerde functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een goedlopende productielijn. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze taarten volgens de juiste normen worden geproduceerd. Bij een storing grijp je in. Daarnaast houd je jouw machine en werkplek schoon. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Correcte bediening van een inpaklijn en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de algehele prestatie van de lijn; - Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste bediening van productieapparatuur en het correct verpakken van producten die worden aangeleverd door de afdeling Productie; - Controleren of het product in de juiste verpakking zit; - Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden die worden opgedragen door de productieleider; - Op zorgvuldige en motiverende wijze sturing geven aan inpakkers van dezelfde lijn; - Correct (laten) uitvoeren van activiteiten en werkwijzen zoals beschreven in de kwaliteitsdocumenten (zoals CCP‑controles), waaronder verpakkingsinstructies, het Handboek Kwaliteit en de planning; - (Laten) uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op basis van werkinstructies en zorgen voor een schone werkomgeving, ook tijdens productie; - Accuraat registreren van relevante gegevens aan de lijn (product- en technische afwijkingen) en deze proactief overdragen aan collega's volgens planning; - Gedreven en zelfstandig oplossen en rapporteren van afwijkingen, storingen e.d. aan de productieleider; - Nauwgezet opvolgen van alle huisregels, werkafspraken en bestaande ...
