Jobomschrijving

Als operator bij onze klant in regio Pelt beheer en bewaak je dagelijks machines en installaties voor de productie van glas, waaronder mixers, de glasoven, het tinbad en de koeloven.

  • Je bedient en stelt de verschillende productieprocessen in volgens de geldende voorschriften
  • Je bewaakt procesparameters zoals temperatuur en druk en grijpt in bij afwijkingen
  • Je signaleert en verhelpt storingen in samenwerking met de technische dienst
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en afwijkingen in het systeem
  • Je stelt de productielijn om naar andere producttypes wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je voert klein onderhoud en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit aan de installaties
  • Je werkt volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Je maakt deel uit van een team van meerdere operatoren en rapporteert aan de shiftleader.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie is ervaring in een productieomgeving vereist.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving; ervaring met continue processen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen om procesafwijkingen correct te beoordelen.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem.
  • Je kunt kortstondig werken in warme omgevingen en ook functioneren vanuit een geklimatiseerde controlekamer.
  • Je hebt kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen en werkt analytisch, stressbestendig, verantwoordelijk, proactief en leergierig, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden in teamverband.
