Wil jij als operator aan de slag in een moderne productieomgeving en jezelf ontwikkelen tot (assistent) teamleider? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het leuk vindt om samen met een team het productieproces soepel te laten verlopen. Je houdt je bezig met het bedienen en controleren van productielijnen, het oplossen van kleine storingen en het bewaken van de kwaliteit. Daarnaast krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en word je klaargestoomd voor een toekomstige rol als (assistent) teamleider. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en kunt rekenen op een salaris van € 2.900,- tot € 3.200,- bruto per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag. Ben jij klaar voor een mooie volgende stap?

Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je leert de verschillende machines en processen goed kennen en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team. Op termijn is het de bedoeling dat je doorgroeit naar een rol als (assistent) teamleider.Je werkzaamheden zijn: • Het opstarten, bedienen en controleren van productielijnen. • Het bewaken van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de producten. • Het signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. • Het uitvoeren van controles en het bijhouden van productiegegevens. • Het uitvoeren van ombouwwerkzaamheden en het instellen van machines.

Functievereisten: Als operator beschik jij over het volgende: • Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het interessant om met machines en installaties te werken. • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als operator of binnen een productieomgeving. • Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de techniek en productie. • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en vindt het prettig om het voortouw te nemen. • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken met collega's.
