Ben jij als op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als Operator Kantbank binnen een dynamisch en vooruitstrevend bedrijf dat actief is in de metaal? Bij dit bedrijf in Boekel draait het niet alleen om de klant, maar ook vooral om de medewerkers.

Dit ga je doen: Als Operator aan de kantbank ben jij vooral bezig met het bedienen, instellen en omstellen van gereedschappen en instellingen van de kantbanken. Dit doe je niet alleen, maar in samenwerking met een collega. Daarnaast voer je ook andere bewerkingen uit, zoals ponsen, knippen en zagen. Ook voer je een stukje preventief onderhoud uit aan de machines. Samen met je collega verdelen jullie de taken over de voorraden, planning en mogelijke verbeteringen van processen. In overleg kan jouw takenpakket worden aangepast met meer of minder taken, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeuren.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie als Operator Kantbank zoeken wij vooral iemand die gemotiveerd is. Jij hebt ervaring in de metaal en met kanten. Verder zoeken wij iemand die een passie heeft voor techniek, het hoofd koel kan houden tijdens stressvolle momenten, Engels en/of Nederlands spreekt, goed in teamband kan functioneren en zich voor lange tijd wil binden aan dit bedrijf.

Je gaat werken bij een middelgroot productiebedrijf, gespecialiseerd in maatwerkproducten voor de bouw. Het bedrijf heeft een informele werksfeer, is regionaal georiënteerd en biedt ruimte voor initiatief. Flexibiliteit, kwaliteit, service en betrouwbaarheid staan centraal. Je werkt in een dynamisch team van ongeveer 35 medewerkers, waar samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn.
